Once your inventory is fully prepped and ready for shipment, we offer a free 3-business-day holding period at no additional cost. During this time, your products are securely stored and staged for dispatch.
Based on warehouse capacity, product volume, and item dimensions, we may allow an additional 4-day extension without charge. This extension is evaluated per order and is subject to warehouse approval.
If the inventory remains in our facility beyond 7 business days, a storage fee of $2 per unit per week will apply.
Storage fees begin automatically after the 7th day
Charges accrue weekly
Fees will continue until either:
The inventory is shipped
Or the total fees equal the original order value
Once our shipping team confirms via email that your inventory is ready, the 7-day clock begins β no further reminders will be sent before charges apply.
If unpaid storage fees reach the original order value, ownership of the inventory transfers to Bulk Buy Distributions. We then reserve the right to:
Resell the goods
Liquidate to other buyers
Re-purpose internally
Or dispose of them entirely
